Car parking charging at Medmerry

I am writing to inform you of our intention to introduce parking charges at the Easton Lane Car Park at our Medmerry nature reserve. This change will bring the site in line with the arrangements currently in place at our Pagham Harbour and Church Norton car parks.

The car park will operate using the PayByPhone app, providing a convenient, cashless method for visitors to pay for parking. The introduction of these charges will help us to cover the ongoing costs associated with maintaining the car park and its facilities, as well as contributing directly towards our wider conservation and habitat management work in the area.

We will ensure that clear signage is installed to inform visitors of the new arrangements in advance of implementation.
